Libby Dobbs

I’ve always had a passion for varied and challenging workouts, and I love making training both fun and functional. Growing up, I was a sporty kid who thrived on the mixed disciplines of athletics, and I bring that same love for variety into my work now as a trainer.
In 2021, after a few years of focusing mainly on functional fitness through CrossFit, I trained as a PT to share my knowledge with others. Since then, I’ve coached CrossFit, running, and Pilates, and offered personal training and customised programmes. This year, I took on a new challenge: strongwoman training (functional fitness in its rawest form!). I’ve competed three times, placing 3rd in my first competition and winning my next two. What I love most about strongwoman is that it’s all about technique and power—not size. I might be on the smaller side, but I can still shift some serious weight!
